NOMADIC WORKSPACE

This was a live project set by Orangebox where we were tasked to design an object for the modern nomadic worker. My design was inspired by the terrarium where the user could sit inside and work alone in the smaller version or can be in groups in the larger version. They can be used indoors or outdoors (can be accessed out-of-office times) and can be booked through an app which can also control many options such as lighting, music, temperature and orientation, whilst remembering the users preferred settings for next time. For this project I really wanted to focus on developing my detailing skills, thinking in depth about the construction and materials.
